Bryan began working full time at FOE in 2013, but has been working part time in the parts room and warehouse since he was 15 years old.Born and raised in Central Florida he is the son of President Mark DeShetler and younger brother of current General Manager Benny DeShetler. Bryan graduated in 2013 from Florida State University with a degree in business and minor in communications. Bryan is an avid sports fan and not only likes to watch his favorite teams play, he enjoys staying active and playing recreational sports. He also enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Keith DeShetler
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Keith is the VP of Sales & Marketing.He is married with one son. He enjoys golf and going to the beach on weekends with the family. His first start in the outdoor power equipment industry was cutting grass in his neighborhood when he was a teenager to save money for college. After his senior year in high school, he worked for a summer at Jacobson Manufacturing unloading steel from flatbed trucks and loading up the machines that made parts for the lawnmowers before the start of college. In 1977, he left college and moved to Florida to help his father with Florida Outdoor Equipment which he started the year before in 1976. Working first in the warehouse and then in the parts room,Keith moved up to assistant service manager. In 1982, he became an outside sales rep. calling on dealers in North Florida. A year later, he moved to Southeast Florida and was the territory manager for 14 years. In 1996, Keith came back into the office to be the Sales Manager. In 2008, he moved up to VP of Sales & Marketing
Greg Thompson
Sales Manager
Greg Thompson has been employed with Florida Outdoor Equipment since 1987. His working career started in high school while playing on the tennis and soccer team. Greg started as a cook spinning pizzas for Dino’s pizza in Fort Myers, Florida. He was promoted to store manager 2 years later and ran the operation of 24 employees including waitresses, delivery drivers, cooks and dishwashers. He went to college in South Florida and received his AA degree in business while running the restaurant. In 1987 Greg was hired at Florida Outdoor Equipment and was the southwest territory manager for 9 years. Advertising,marketing, dealer displays, product demonstrations and commitment to dealer profitability was the daily focus of his job. Greg transferred to Jupiter, Fla. and ran the southwest territory for 6 years. When he was promoted to Georgia/Tennessee Field Sales Manager in 2000, he and his family moved to Acworth, Georgia. Greg worked in a territory in NW Georgia and Tennessee and oversaw the sales staff for the rest of the state. In December 2008, Greg was promoted to Sales Manager of the company. His responsibilities now include overseeing sales for 8 Territory Managers and 2 Product Managers along with all dealer sales for Florida, Georgia, and a portion of Tennessee. Greg and his family now reside in Longwood, Fla. Greg is one of 9 kids and has 3 kids of his own and one grandson. He has been married to his wife for over 30 years. He spends his free time with his wife, kids, grandson and several outdoor activities
Ken Gronko
Territory Manager for northeast florida and southeast georgia
Ken Gronko has been a Territory Manager for Florida Outdoor Equipment since 1991.His territory consists of Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. Ken has been instrumental in creating dynamic growth within his territory, allowing him to meet sales goals. Like his father, Dick Gronko–the first salesman hired by Florida Outdoor Equipment–Ken creates an atmosphere of trust and understanding with his customers that’s complimented by his knowledge and comprehension of the lawn equipment industry. Anative of North Florida, he attended the University of Florida and graduated with honors in Quantative Business Analysis in 1982.Following graduation he was employed by Wachovia Bank as an Assistant Vice President. Ken lives in St. Augustine and has 1 daughter and four grand kids.He enjoys the challenges of his career, walking on the beach, spending time with his daughter, grand kids and being an annual supporter of the Crescent Beach Challenge, a fundraiser for Lymphoma.
Brad Bailey
Territory Manager for central Flordia
Brad Bailey was born and raised in Central Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2003, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He started his career after college as a sales representative in the power sports industry. He worked at a dealership selling Yamaha and Bombardier recreational products for about 3 years before moving into the outdoor power equipment industry. During his short time in the power sports industry he moved from internet sales to finance manager within 3 months. He later moved into a sales position where he led the store in over gross sales profit for remainder of his career.Brad was hired on as the service manager at a local power equipment dealer in 2007. He quickly took over the roll as service and finance manager,eventually moving into a General Manager position for about the remaining 3 years of his 7 year time there. He then took a shortbreak from the industry, before realizing this is where he belonged. Inthe fall of 2016, he was hired on as the east Central Florida territory manager. He brings a wide knowledge and understanding of every aspect from the dealer’s perspective. He has a strong focus on financing as well as marketing and customer relations. Brad currently resides in Lake County with his wife and 4 children. He is actively involved with the Lake County Soccer Club, coaching two teams, as well as being the league equipment manager for over 1100 athletes and 90 teams.
Tony Deloges
Territory Manager for central & west florida
Tony Deloges has been involved in the power equipment industry since 1972, working all levels of retail power equipment. He began working a technician and salesman position at Roy’s Lawn mower for 8 years. In 1980, Tony was hired by Community Ace Hardware in Tarpon Springs to start up their power equipment division. He integrated computer systems into the division and managed the service center for 20 years, with duties including overseeing the repair shop, customer service and inventory management, including ordering and selling. In 2000,Tony was hired by Florida Outdoor Equipment as a Territory Manager and has been in the position ever since. His knowledge and experience give him the edge on understanding what his dealers want in service. Tony’s daily focus includes advertising,marketing, dealer displays, product demonstrations and commitment to dealer profitability. He lives in Tarpon Springs with his wife and enjoys boating in his free time.
Rob Sosnowski
Territory manager for southeast florida
Rob Sosnowski was born in Pennsylvania, moved to Coral Springs in 1974 and earned his 2 year Associates degree from Broward County Community College. His first job was selling industrial paper and chemicals for Unijax Paper Company. Rob then attended Barry University and the University of Miami, studying marketing and economics. His power equipment industry journey began in 1981 with Wesco-Zaun, a Toro distributor, and continued at the Grasshoper distributor on the west coast of Florida. Rob then joined the Stihl distributor and was recognized for increased sales in 1997, winning the salesman of the year award. His career has spanned over 38 years, 13 of which he’s spent with Florida Outdoor Equipment. In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing and boating. He looks forward to using his years of expertise to help grow the confidence of businesses within the Florida Outdoor Equipment family of products.
Jeff Estler
South florida, Dade & monroe counties
Jeff Estler began his career in the small engine industry in 1988 with a sales position at a parts and engine distributor, where his duties included inventory management through stocking programs, access to technical repair schooling and overall commitment to dealer profitability. After an 8 year run, he took on a position with HSD, a division of Hector Turf, focusing on territory management while adding new challenges to daily sales calls.In 1998 Jeff began his career with Florida Outdoor Equipment and focuses on advertising, product display and marketing, as well as product demonstration and commitment to dealer profitability. When the whistle blows at the end of the day,Jeff can be found living in Ft. Myers with his wife of 22 years and their 3 children.
Andrew Pieplow
Territory manager for northeast georgia & Tennessee

Andrew Pieplow joined Florida Outdoor Equipment in May of 2007, bringing 12+ years of experience in the landscaping and outdoor power equipment industry to the team. His daily focus includes advertising, marketing, product display and demonstration and commitment to dealer profitability. During his years at Home Depot in the lawn and garden department, and as a sales associate and inventory management associate, Andrew learned unique consumer buying habits and how to control inventory levels. As crew chief for a landscaping company, he learned the high standards that are required to operate. While assistant manager with Ewing Irrigation,he learned how to interact with contractors and as an assistant manager with Ace Hardware, Andrew learned how to manage employees to optimize efficient customer service. An alumni of Piedmont College with a degree in sports marketing, Andrew resides in Jefferson, Georgia with his wife and 2 sons.
David Hettermann
Central & Northwest Georgia
David Hettermann has been involved in the power equipment industry since 1998, working all levels of retail power equipment. He began working as a delivery driver/mechanic at Coweta Power Equipment. In 2000, David was promoted to lead mechanic while also assisting in the parts and sales departments. In 2002, he advanced to Store/Sales manager at Fayette Tractor & Equipment and again in 2007 to Store/Sales/Service Manager where he was able to triple sales in one year. David excelled in his management role for the next 8 years at Fayette’s two locations and then at the Ag Pro Company when they bought Fayette Tractor & Equipment. David brings that well-rounded,17 year experience and knowledge to the FOE family, joining the company in 2015. This knowledge and experience gives him the edge on understanding what his dealers want in a territory manager. David’s daily focus includes advertising, marketing, dealer displays, product demonstrations and commitment to dealer profitability. David resides in the small but growing community of Senoia, Ga with his wife Kim and son Garret. David enjoys: doing his own home improvements, working on project vehicles, working in the yard, and spending time with his family boating and relaxing on the lake.
James West III
Northwest Flordia & Southwest georgia
James was born and raised in southwest Georgia, so he is familiar with the northwest Florida and southwest Georgia territory. James is married and has five children. James spends most of his free time with his family and enjoys hiking, deep sea fishing, and being outdoors. He also enjoys tinkering on engines and carpentry.
James comes to Florida Outdoor Equipment as a career change, but brings a wide range of skills and knowledge with him. James worked in his family’s business as a mechanic, so he brings an extensive background in engine maintenance and repair. He spent a few years as a police officer, and more recently as a building inspector for a local city government. As a police officer and building inspector, James honed his customer service skills and developed good relationships with community members and contractors. James has always had an interest in anything with a motor and has built an extensive tool and equipment collection. So, he is naturally excited to represent FOE and it’s equipment products in his territory.
Andy Thompson
Product Manager
Andy Thompson has been with Florida Outdoor Equipment since 1997. His current responsibilities include dealer support, calling on municipalities and larger landscapers and remodeling showrooms. One of Andy’s favorite duties is equipment training.His family values, personality and willingness to work hard have propelled him to a well-respected position in the industry. Andy attended Edison Community College and the University of South Florida Business College. In his free time, he can be found playing golf, softball and tennis, fishing and scuba diving.
Sam Perez
Product Manager
Sam Perez’s career in the small engine industry began in 1990 when Sam started as a technician repairing lawnmowers and 2- stroke equipment for a local Miami lawnmower dealership. In 1995 Sam transferred to another lawnmower dealership repairing just 2-stroke engines for the next ten years. In 2005 Sam accepted an opportunity to be a Service Manager for one of the largest dealerships in southwest Florida. His job description was taking care of all warranties, overseeing all technicians and work orders. In 2016, Sam went to work for ECHO, Inc. as the Service Tech Manager covering all Latin America training technicians for dealers and distributors. Sam joined Florida Outdoor Equipment in 2019 as a Product Manager. His responsibilities include dealer support, calling on municipalities, remodeling dealer showrooms, assisting technical service and larger landscape company’s employees in equipment training both in English & Spanish. This includes safety, service and proper operation of equipment. Sam was born in Honduras and moved to the United States in 1980. Sam married his high school sweetheart in 1989 and they have one daughter. In Sam’s spare time he enjoys barbeques, home projects and has a passion restoring older 2-stroke equipment.
